Supplements

Based on my symptoms and blood work, the nutritionist "prescribed" the following supplements. The supplements and their dosage are periodically adjusted (every six months or so) according to additional blood work, how I feel, and environmental conditions. For example, during the allergy season or during the winter (when the noxious fumes emitted from oxygenated gasoline are present) I may take more Niacin. The supplement, dosage and function of each are in the table below.

Vitamin C 1000 mg (3 x) Removes toxins including: nitrates, nitrites, sulfites. Helps prevent colds. Aids the immune system.
Vitamin B Complex 2 Capsules (3x) Cofactor for many amino acid reactions. Helps cellular pumping action to control fluid level in cells. Supposed to help improve the nervous system function. Niacin/ Niacinamide is also contained in B-Complex.
Beta Carotene 11,000 I.U. (1x) For anticancer
Multi-Minerals 2 Capsules (3x) Provides mineral essentials including calcium at about 50 x the amount of a multivitamin.
Niacin/ Niacinamide 200 mg / 200 mg (3x) Removes histamine from the body via nicotinamide reaction.
L-Serine 500 mg (2 x) Partially cuts off adrenaline surges. Allows noradrenaline and dopamine levels to increase.
Norival 2 Capsules (2x) Digestible tyrosine. Produces dopamine, noradrenaline and adrenaline.
L-Glutamine 500 mg (3x) Controls balance and coordination of the body in time and space.
NADH 3.6 mg (2x) Helps cellular electron transport. Reported to help increase energy, and be an antioxidant.
